Q1: The bass/treble effect of the speaker is not good, how can this issue be resolved?
1. Please make sure there is some distance between your speaker and the wall. It is recommended that the distance between the product and the wall be 15-30 centimeters; if the speaker is too close to the wall, we fear the sound will not come out properly.
2. Please ensure that your bass and treble knobs are set to a middle position, and not adjusted too low or too high.
