Q1: What is the cause of the product not working? How can I solve this problem?
If the shaver is not working, please check if the shaver foil cover is screwed on completely. The safety lock mechanism works when the shaver foil cover is open or loose, so if it's loose, the shaver won't work.If the problem persists, there may be a defect. Please contact us.
